Delivery Method, Returns & Exchanges

The delivery transmit time depend on the destination. And you also can choose between delivery or store pick up to a location of your choice.

For Transporter Services, Klang Valley Only (Selangor)

For transporter services,charges per trip RM80.00 (Klang Valley Only).

Transporter Services - When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail / call.

Self Pick Up - If you have chosen collection from our stores, we will send you another e-mail to inform you that your order has arrived at our store. You have a deadline of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store staff directly and collect your order by presenting your ID document (order numbering).

Return & Exchange

We will examine the goods c/w well handling packing before courier out.

If you found out the goods which you received defective, on the spot please take the photos and inform to the transporter and email/call us. And the goods must returned on the sport to the transporter with the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned by our transporter.
